They wanted something real, something that would break the corporate mould. Enter the Pass The Mic vodcast, where leadership had unscripted, honest conversations with employees across different business units. No fancy scripts or PR fluff, just people talking to people. We shook things up by bringing in a new host for every episode, each one choosing their own questions and keeping the conversations fresh and relatable. The leadership team shared insights, tips, and stories that felt authentic to the day-to-day experience at Amazon. The result? A video podcast series that felt like a true conversation, not a corporate lecture. The video podcast reached an impressive majority of the target audience. Social media impressions soared, and the NPS (Net Promoter Score) increased. Amazon got the engagement they were after, but more importantly, they created an experience employees could connect with.
