Iconic retailer, Boots, came to us to deliver its ‘Boots All Together Beautiful Premium Beauty and Hair Event’. This event exists to educate Boots' beauty advisors across the United Kingdom and Ireland on premium brands, hero products, and new launches through a hybrid event format. It was our job to engage participants over three days, incorporating various interactive elements to ensure advisors were educated and well-trained on the products. Although, with such great products, we knew this wouldn’t be too difficult!

But how did we pull off such an ask, you wonder? Easy! We sprinkled a generous dose of Boots' brand values and our hybrid event know-how into the mix. 

Our Live team meticulously handled every facet of the event, from registration and catering to accommodation and on-site logistics, ensuring seamless execution. Meanwhile, our Design team crafted captivating visuals and presentations that captivated attendees throughout the three-day training session.

In the digital realm, we embraced advanced virtual engagement tools which include live chat functionality, activity walls, and emoji reactions. Not only did this tech wizardry boost attendee interaction to infinity and beyond, but it also slashed paper waste, cut down on travel emissions, and made the event as accessible as a teleporter. We're talking warp-speed inclusivity!

Our technical team prioritised the use of set build materials we already had in our warehouse, and the printed materials that were produced can now be used for future client projects.

We’re a big believer of creating a world where events are as good for the planet as they are for the soul! We hosted this spectacle both online and in person, making sure everyone could be part of the action. And where did the magic unfold? In our ultra-sustainable studios at 212! Not only did our stylish space catch their eye, but our stellar sustainability game sealed the deal.

As a proud B Corp business, sustainability isn't just a mantra—it's our way of life! We’ve kicked single-use plastics to the curb at our HQ and brought in the big guns: compostable cups, hydration stations, and a whopping 750 solar panels churning out 195kw of clean, green energy!
