Award Ceremony

When EE came to us for the Spotlight Awards, they wanted something different. They were after an event that would turn heads, break away from the usual, and bring some real excitement to the evening, all while keeping the spotlight firmly on the awards. The goal was to make it fresh, fun, and far from corporate.

We knew it was time to shake things up, so we reimagined the awards format to create an unforgettable evening. The event began with a drinks reception, where guests enjoyed starters and mingled in anticipation. Moving into the auditorium, the awards ceremony took center stage, with Clara Amfo, joined by EE’s founders, hosting the evening. The theatrical stage design and dynamic lighting added a new energy, making the ceremony feel more electric than ever. In just an hour, 12 awards and four videos were delivered with a fast-paced, high-energy flow.

After the awards, guests enjoyed a seated two-course dinner before the vibe shifted dramatically. A drape reveal unveiled the after-party space, transformed into a full-on funfair wonderland. Dodgems? Check. Pick-and-mix bus? You bet. 360-degree photo booth? Absolutely. Clara Amfo returned as DJ, followed by a performance from Ella Henderson, with an EE team DJ wrapping things up with the perfect party vibe.

EE’s branding was subtly yet effectively showcased in the atrium during the drinks reception. Digital signage and hanging banners added a cohesive touch, enhancing the space without overshadowing the evening’s lively atmosphere.

The outcome? A resounding success. The awards got the spotlight they deserved, and the fun fair after-party brought a wave of energy that left everyone buzzing. The client couldn’t have been happier, praising the seamless flow of the event and the immersive theme that elevated the experience.
