Xero Roadshow

Meet Xero - a New Zealand-based technology company that provides cloud-based accounting software for small businesses. 


The Xero Roadshow took the UK by storm over a lively four-week period in Oct/Nov 2023, spanning six vibrant locations. Our mission? To revive this beloved event after a four-year hiatus, infusing it with a fresh formula tailored to delight Xero’s partners.


Our goal was clear: to connect with partners, energise the sales team, boost attachment rates, and enhance brand consideration metrics. It was also an opportunity for Xero and its partners to come together, mingle face-to-face, exchange ideas, and discover exciting new software features and insider tips.

We orchestrated every aspect of the Roadshow, from logistics and venue selection to creative content and technical wizardry. Across London, Bristol, Birmingham, Belfast, Edinburgh and Manchester, attendees were treated to a one-day extravaganza featuring captivating main plenaries, interactive exhibition spaces, dynamic demos, and seamless partner integration—all topped off with delectable catering and ample networking opportunities.


Our technical production was nothing short of spectacular, with a mesmerising 19-metre LED main stage engulfing the audience in immersive visuals. In addition to inspiring talks from the MD Alex Von Schirmeister and esteemed Senior Leadership team, Xero’s partners also shared their insights, injecting authenticity and personal flair into the event. Live software demos and engaging peer-to-peer discussions further enriched the experience.

Thanks to our talented Graphics & Animation team, the content pulsated with creativity, seamlessly aligning with the Xero brand. The Expo was a hive of innovation, featuring 15 dynamic exhibitors per location, a thrilling Cashflow Speedway, and an interactive 'treasure hunt' with exciting prizes waiting to be unlocked.


The result? A resounding success! With 3.5K in-person attendees and an impressive 94% delegate satisfaction rate, the Roadshow surpassed all expectations. And let's not forget the 8,000 cups of tea enjoyed along the way—a testament to the vibrant atmosphere and warm camaraderie that permeated every moment.
