When Avaya decided to turbocharge their annual Avaya ENGAGE event, they turned to us to make it happen. With 3,000 attendees eager to join both in-person and virtually, we knew we had to deliver something extraordinary. We were able to transform Avaya ENGAGE into a sensational experience that would leave a lasting impression worldwide.

So, how did we bring this vision to life? Simple! We blended Avaya’s core values with our event expertise to create an unforgettable experience.


Working hand in hand with Avaya, our Creative Team collaborated with their C-Suite to weave a narrative that celebrated Avaya's mission of creating unified customer experiences. From initial concept to final delivery, we ensured every element of the general session reflected Avaya's story. Screen content, film support, and presentations were all crafted in collaboration with Avaya's leadership team.

We didn’t stop at the main sessions. Our team transformed the exhibition hall into a wonderland of innovation and connection, showcasing Avaya's key messages. And the entertainment? Top-notch! With comedic brilliance from Tig Notaro and electrifying performances by Patrick and the LVB, the parties were the talk of the event.
