Hyundai Everything Electric Exhibition Stand

Hyundai UK wanted to power up its presence and electrify delegates attending Everything Electric at the ExCeL in London. The goal was to show off the iconic electric vehicles, manage test drives, and capture leads without any fuss.

Collaborating with Hyundai UK and Hyundai Korea, we conceptualised and executed a striking exhibition stand that embodied the essence of the Hyundai brand. The stand, measuring 18 x 20, stood out as one of the largest and most captivating displays alongside industry giants like Tesla, Volvo, and Mercedes. Talk about creating a buzz! 

Our comprehensive approach included management of the exhibition stand's production, as well as turbocharging the experience with test drives and a super-streamlined lead retrieval system. During the live event days, our team ensured seamless operations, enabling Hyundai to connect with attendees. Plus, with eight test drive vehicles available, potential customers were able to experience the thrill of Hyundai's electric vehicles firsthand.

To enhance lead generation and provide Hyundai with actionable insights, our Digital team developed a brilliant bespoke lead retrieval app. This tailored platform enabled Hyundai to collect detailed information from prospects beyond basic contact details.  

The app also allowed attendees to specify their electric vehicle preferences and purchase timelines, providing valuable insights into potential customers' intentions. Additionally, the app facilitated appointment confirmations and simplified scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both attendees and Hyundai staff.

Our all-in approach meant that we didn't just help Hyundai connect with attendees—we created an electrifying experience that left them buzzing for more! In fact, throughout the three-day event, a total of 389 test drives were conducted, with the lead retrieval app capturing tonnes of detailed delegate information to help Hyundai supercharge its follow-up strategies and maintain that spark. This success not only demonstrated Hyundai's commitment to innovation and excellence but also positioned them as a formidable player in the electric vehicle market.
