When Tesco decided to convene all store managers for their first large-scale event since the onset of COVID-19, they turned to us to make it an unforgettable experience. With 2,800 managers gathering at the NEC in Birmingham, our mission was clear: to deliver a dynamic event that would unify the team and amplify Tesco’s vision under new leadership.
How did we bring this vision to life? We seamlessly integrated Tesco’s values with our event expertise to craft an exceptional experience.
Collaborating closely with Tesco, our team of experts curated a day filled with impactful moments. From engaging networking zones highlighting community groups like LGBTQ+, Disability, Race & Ethnicity, Gender Equality, Armed Forces, and Parents and Carers, to a thought-provoking plenary session featuring insightful talks from Tesco’s CEO and regional directors and a fashion show, every detail resonated with Tesco’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We didn’t just plan an event; we created interactive spaces where managers could immerse themselves in quizzes, performances, and feedback sessions. Logistics were flawless, from venue management to seamless delegate registration and accommodation support, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for all.
The event was a resounding success, marking Tesco’s largest gathering in five years. Attendees praised the event’s seamless execution and engaging content, reinforcing Tesco’s values and igniting a renewed sense of community among store managers.
