Talking about why Incentive Insights by Penguins was created, Social Media and Marketing Executive, Guy Humphrey said, “Reward and recognition encompasses a wide range of incredibly important topics from team member performance to mental health and feeling heard. Penguins has a phenomenal track record of delivering incentive and event solutions to clients, and we wanted to create something informative, digestible, and innovative. I’m very excited with the launch of Incentive Insights by Penguins, and I look forward to diving into the vast amount of themes this industry encompasses within future issues.”
Businesses are recognising the need to not only reward and recognise their employees, but also to prioritise their physical and mental well-being. This is reflected in the focus on sustainability, as well as the inclusion of activities and experiences that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care.
Head of Incentives, Ami Dorkings said, “We have more than 30 years of experience when it comes to working with clients on reward and recognition programmes, incentive travel, and events such as award ceremonies and gala dinners. Incentive Insights by Penguins is a fantastic tool to showcase what we do and share our knowledge, especially at a time when employee experience, quiet quitting and mental health awareness are very much in the spotlight.”
HR Co-ordinator, Emma Birch said, “In increasing years the focus on positive employee experience has to been paramount to the success of a company. According to a survey on Joblist, 73% of employees would consider leaving their jobs if an offer came through which is a startling statistic. Incentive travel and reward and recognition are vital tools that can truly make or break a company and Incentive Insights by Penguins is a brilliant chance to showcase what Penguins can and are achieving.”
