The Eventex Awards recognise the fantastic work and efforts that go into creating memorable event experiences; the 100-strong list is compiled of people that have left a mark on the events world with their creativity, vision and capacity for innovation.
This prestigious list is decided entirely by events professionals of the world who nominate those that they believe have really impacted the industry in a positive way. The shortlist is then voted on by peers to determine the top 100 events professionals who have influenced the industry the most.
Our group CEO, Dale Parmenter, has worked in the events industry for 40 years and has most certainly made his mark through his commitment to staying ahead of the curve and overseeing the production of innovative and engaging events on a large scale. His inclusion on the list is a testament to his commitment to events and the betterment of the industry as a whole.
Of the nomination, he said: “It is always fantastic to be recognised in the events industry, but to be nominated by peers and colleagues is an honour.
“During what has been a particularly difficult year for our industry, it is great to see event professionals coming together to celebrate hard work and innovation, encouraging each other through what has been a tough time for many. To see my name among such a prestigious array of events professionals is flattering and humbling and I am proud of our industry and what we have achieved together.
“Events, by their nature, are always a team effort and it is great to see everyone out there supporting and celebrating those who are dedicated to bettering the events world.”
