A brand new site for end users and professionals encompassing a total visual re-design, improved functionality, faster user journeys, more engaging content and a complete new back end CMS. Following several UX sessions, content was rationalised, web optimised, and SEO enhanced to improve natural rankings. Guiding users carefully through the boiler purchase process, and building leads for their partner programme were key objectives. Better integration of social media and video content is also now possible, as is a greater level of self-sufficiency in future content development across the whole business.
