Following feedback from a recent conference, a division
within Lloyds Banking Group required follow-up engagement day that would be
hands on, interactive and develop various practical skills that could be taken
back in to the work environment. Encouraging collaboration and faster decision
making across the team, creating an environment for decision making and
leadership and building a stronger, more connected and higher performing team
We developed a unique challenge that saw teams making their way around London undertaking 4 activities with different focused outcomes – communication and collaboration, conflict resolution and rule interpretation, working under pressure, time management and planning, and knowledge of their field. Each of the activities was engaging, fun and offered variety – including building a structure & filming and starring in their very own advert.
Feedback has been extremely positive, with a noticeably more communicative atmosphere in the offices afterwards.
