After 40 days of production, over 6,000 EE colleagues from all areas were brought together to celebrate the launch of a new company strategy for the next chapter of their story. A series of eight live events took place at the Birmingham NEC over a two-week period and included a 360-degree fully immersive plenary theatre with an interactive experiential zone. This was supported with the development of a new comms campaign, creative content development and production, delegate management and communications with a dedicated event app, and all technical solutions to deliver the overall experience.
The success of the event led to a renewed excitement and confidence in the future of the business, following the acquisition by the BT Group and full adoption of the strategic plan across the entire organisation. With over 6,000 EE colleagues in attendance, we used our bespoke event app to collect feedback directly after the event. Delegate and client feedback has been extremely successful and results positive with comments highlighting a real shift in engagement and understanding of the business, its future vision and the new plan.
