We worked closely with Lloyd’s
Banking Group to produce, create, manage, and deliver their most interactive company
engagement day to date. The business required the engagement day to be hands-on,
interactive and develop some practical skills that could be taken back into the
entire company’s working environment.
a challenge that had teams making their way around London undertaking 4
activities that each had different focussed outcomes: communication and
collaboration, conflict resolution and rule interpretation, working under
pressure, time management and planning, and knowledge of their field.
