On the 14th June, we opened our doors for the first time for an exclusive recruitment day at our Midlands HQ. The day saw over 100 people experience tours of the HQ facilities, group interactive sessions, alongside presentations with the individual departments of the business.
Beginning the day, CEO Dale Parmenter showed the history of the business, a breakdown of our teams, followed by a short video of our work. After the introduction, each group was guided into studio 3 where attendees got to really feel what drp is about, through vintage drp memorabilia spanning our 38-year journey.
After the tour, attendees were given an overview in the cinema room of the importance of learning and development within the business and the various ways in which individuals are supported.
