Double Delight at Employer Brand Management Awards
The Employer Brand Management Awards recognises the very best initiatives and organisations managing the employer brand management process. Launched in 2016, the awards were setup to celebrate excellence in employer branding. As at the time, only metrics such as retention and cost per hire were legitimate measures of success.
Held at the stunning De Vere Connaught Rooms, London, on the 19th April 2018, we took home a brilliant two awards for our work with Nationwide Building Society.
Nationwide’s ‘Our BIG Event’ won silver in the ‘Best employer brand management event’ and walked away with bronze for ‘Best communication of the employer brand to the internal audience’. This success follows our bronze award, again in the ‘Best employer brand management event’, for EE’s 2016 annual conference.
For large organisations, it can be a challenge to communicate key strategic messages, so to be recognised at these awards, is something we take great pride of.
The 5-day conference held at the NEC Birmingham back in January 2017 has now won multiple awards, including two at the EVCOM Industry Awards. The event was a seminal moment in the Society’s history and provided multiple interactive learning experiences with Nationwide’s strategy at the forefront.
