DRPG continue to foster the next generation of talent through their highly successful apprenticeship scheme which sees candidates who have completed their schooling, fully integrated into the workplace through full time placements. The creative communications group has recently taken on two more apprentices who have started in junior roles which will allow for their personal and professional development while they gain meaningful insight and experience in the workplace. The two latest additions join six more apprentices employed across the business at various levels.
George Howard started last month as a learning and development apprentice having completed his A levels at Haybridge 6th Form College, “Whilst at 6th form, I knew university wasn’t for me; that’s when I started exploring the apprenticeship route. This appealed to me as I can gain real-world experience alongside a formal qualification.”
It wasn’t long before he found the right role supporting DRPG’s head of learning and development, assisting with all areas from setting up training sessions to helping manage work experience placements.
