A flat, forgettable virtual event? Not an option. Henry Schein wanted impact. Dentology had to push boundaries - connecting the global dental community, proving Henry Schein’s dominance in digital dentistry, and driving real engagement. A passive livestream wouldn’t cut it. It needed to be an experience.

INSIGHT

People don’t just want to watch. They want to move, explore, interact. A static event gets ignored. A dynamic one gets remembered. To stand out, Dentology had to be alive. A world delegates could step into, not just another screen to glance at. 

 

SOLUTION

We built a virtual space with no dead ends. A custom-designed, fully branded environment where everything had a purpose.  

Live keynotes hit hard - expert-led, broadcast globally, and backed by seamless multilingual subtitles. Four breakout spaces kept the conversation sharp, each one designed to pull delegates deeper into the world of digital dentistry.  

Then came the expo. Not just a gallery of product listings, this was built for discovery. Themed pods let attendees dive into the innovations shaping their industry. Click, explore, download. No barriers, no fluff. And when they had questions? A real-time chat system connected them instantly with Henry Schein experts in their region. No waiting. No generic responses. Just direct access to the people who mattered.  

A help desk stood at the centre of it all - instant support, zero frustration. Everything designed to keep the experience smooth, sharp, and alive.  

RESULTS
Dentology pulled people in. Delegates from 20+ countries engaged with the platform, exploring, interacting, and making real connections. Industry press took notice. Dental Review called it a “world-class” event, far from the sea of mediocre virtual conferences.
