As the world’s first creative experience agency to achieve certification for ISO20121 and ISO14001, we have high standards to maintain. We take a leading role in looking after the environment – so much so that we’ve even developed a range of sustainability methods that can have a real impact on your ROI – whilst, more importantly helping to save the planet!

Our History


Being the new kids on the block for 36 years is no easy feat. What began as the corporate film company ‘DRP FILMS’ in 1980 has grown exponentially into the full-service creative experience agency we are today. By staying true to our values, our success is measured and built on our long-standing trusted relationships with our clients.


Saw the opening of a second office in Bewdley – as the company developed it began to diversify into new business areas such as consultancy and conference staging.


Dramatic expansion took place and with this the brand image was transformed – with events, technical, video, multimedia and print divisions in full operation, ‘drpgroup’ was born.


Our 25th anniversary marked the launch of a renewed structure including drpvideo, drpevents, venuepot and drpprint and a promise which has become the beating heart of the business; ‘anything’s possible’.


30 years on and our work was seen in every continent across the globe from multimedia programmes across Europe to events in Asia, Canada and South Africa.


By 2014 we acquired 3 businesses; including corporate media displays, MS Internet and GROSVENORFILM. We also won a record number of industry awards – totalling 37 and Agency of the Year twice! Now it was time to update our brand with a cleaner, fresher look.


A 5-yearly event, which creates a milestone effect on the business, is our anniversary celebration. The most recent was our 35th anniversary – where we hosted 1000 guests at West Midlands Safari Park.


We revealed the future of drp – by expanding our studios by 60,000 sqft it has allowed us to increase our capacity, service levels and most importantly quality for our clients.


2017 saw us acquire Windsor based events production company, Penguins. Following this, we passed the 200 mark, ending the year with 236 team members. Within the year, we also took home two agency of the year accolades at the EVCOM Industry Awards and The Drum UK Event Awards.


In 2018, we acquired communication agency HMX. Along with this, we announced international collaboration with German-based agency Kammann Rossi. We also recruited 87 new team members, bringing our total to 280, and launched the DRPG training academy, gaining 21 new clients and winning over 30 industry awards.
